Updated Policies and Procedures

Please refer to this page for any updates regarding interim office procedures in complying with CDC guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Posted May 18, 2020: Our front door is open for clients to enter the front lobby from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Wearing a mask while in our office is recommended. A plexiglass barrier is in place at our service window to limit contact between Argo and Associates employees and those entering the office. Please continue to maintain 6 feet between yourself and others while in the building, and make use of the hand sanitizer provided. 

Posted May 5, 2020: Argo and Associates will be re-opening front office doors on a limited basis starting May 11th. From May 11th – 15th, our front door will be open from 9 am to 3 pm. Provided regulatory guidelines remain the same and it is still safe to do so, the doors will be open from 8 am to 5 pm beginning May 18th. While in the building, please maintain at least 6 feet between yourself and others, and make use of the hand sanitizer provided. Wearing a face mask and gloves while inside is encouraged. For the health and safety of our clients and employees, a plexiglass barrier will be placed at the main service window. Please take care when passing documents and other items to Argo employees on the other side of the partition.

Posted April 30, 2020: We are continuing to follow updates received from CDC and state regulators. Our firm has decided to extend our interim procedures until Friday, May 8th. We hope to have further information about partial opening soon and the procedures that we will follow when that occurs. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.

Posted April 14, 2020: We are continuing to follow updates received from CDC and other regulators. Our firm has decided to extend our interim procedures posted on March 18th with the same goal of reducing the risk of spreading the coronavirus. The procedures will now be in effect until April 30th, 2020.

Our firm has decided to extend our interim procedures posted on March 18th with the same goal of reducing the risk of spreading the coronavirus. The procedures will now be in effect until April 19th, 2020.

Posted March 18, 2020:In keeping with the CDC and local guidelines, our firm has decided to update our interim procedures with the goal of reducing the risk of spreading the Coronavirus. The new procedures will be in effect from March 18 through April 5, 2020. In order to further limit personal contact, we will implement the following procedures:

Availability to you: We will be available by phone during our regular business hours. We will be available by email and will be able to exchange information with you, electronically. Our office doors will remain closed. We have suspended all in-office meetings.

For information drop-off: We request that any information that can be dropped off from the front door mail slot should be dropped off as such.

Delivery of information: Any information that we can deliver to you by email, we would prefer to deliver by email. Any information that needs to be picked up from our office, please knock on the door and we will pass the information to you through the front door mail slot or through a window for pickup.

Posted March 16, 2020: In keeping with the CDC and local guidelines, our firm has decided to implement a few new interim procedures with the goal of reducing the risk of spreading the coronavirus (COVID-19). The new procedures will be in effect from March 17 through March 31, 2020.

We will be limiting face-to-face interaction within our office and with outside parties. We will be requesting meetings by phone as much as possible instead of meeting in-office. We request that any information that can be dropped off from the front door mail slot should be dropped off as such. Any information that we can deliver to you by email, we would prefer to deliver by email. However, in following the new interim procedures, we recognize the importance of our service to you, our clients. We are making every effort such that our service to you is not affected in any significant manner. We will be available by phone and by email to you, as always.
